Purpose The promotion and diffusion of BTI activities, via the media detailed below: BTI Website (www.bti-biotechnologyinstitute.com), Vimeo, YouTube, corporate brochures and/or catalogues, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram
Data origin and category The data is provided by the interested party themselves. The category of the data which is processed is: identification data (image and voice).
Storage period The data will be stored indefinitely as long as required for the fulfilment of the indicated purposes. In any case, the data will be stored by applying the appropriate security measures. Once all possible actions have prescribed, we will proceed to delete your personal data.
Legitimisation of treatment Art. 6.1 a) RGPD: consent of the interested party. Consent given can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the party responsible for the processing. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of processing based on the consent given prior to withdrawal. If images/voices are recorded by means of photography, video or any other means of capturing personal features of people who have not given their consent for processing, their distinctive characteristics will be distorted.
Recipients of transfers The photographs and videos taken will be published on the indicated social networks, website and corporate brochures and/or catalogues.
Rights You have the right to access, rectify, delete, to oppose the processing, to the portability of your data, the limitation of processing and not to be subject to automated individual decisions. You can exercise these rights before the party responsible for the processing as well as by filing a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency www.aepd.es

In compliance with the stipulations in the Organic Law 1/1982, of the 5th of May, on Civil Protection of the Right to Honour, Personal and Family Intimacy and one’s own image, we inform you that your attendance at this event implies your consent and express authorisation for the filming, reproduction, distribution and publication of your image, including for advertising or promotional purposes of the BTI Group. Likewise, we inform you that the photographs and videos taken during the event may be published on the corresponding websites of the BTI Group, as well as in social media used by the BTI Group which implies that they will be used for advertising and commercial purposes or those of a similar nature.

Participants at the BTI event transfer their own image rights, in terms of their attendance at this event, for the creation of audio-visual materials with advertising or promotional purposes for the BTI Group on any type of media and using any technical reproduction procedure or sound and image exploitation system. This transfer includes the rights regarding transformation, distribution, public disclosure and reproduction, as well as any others that may apply, without further limitations other than those stated in the applicable legislation in terms of intellectual property. The period of transfer for the image and voice rights will be for an indefinite period, free of charge and without limitations in terms of your territorial scope.

Herein, we inform you that your data may be transferred by the responsible party, for use and processing, to sectors in the audio-visual sector with which the BTI Group holds contracts, to the media and to social networks, always respecting the purpose for which they were gathered.

In accordance with the stipulations in the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, of the 27th of April, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free circulation of said data) we inform you that the party responsible for the processing of your personal data is BTI Group Biotechnology Institute S.L.
